Data collected through our Products is stored using Google Firebase, which provides cloud-based database and authentication services. Firebase infrastructure is hosted in Google data centres with industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

As Venture 33 operates globally, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including the United States, where our third-party service providers operate. We take steps to ensure that any such transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including through the use of appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Products' services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for longer periods for analytical and improvement purposes.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications within a Product, we will send you reminders and updates based on your preferences. You can opt out of notifications at any time through the relevant app settings or your device settings.

Product-Specific Terms

Mindroo
Mindroo includes an AI-powered chat feature ("Milo"). Messages sent through this feature are transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing in order to generate responses. Chat history is stored securely in your account via Google Firebase. Your chat data is not used to train AI models and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We encourage you not to share sensitive personal or identifying information beyond what is necessary within the chat feature.

• OpenAI — Powers the Milo chat feature. Messages sent to Milo are processed by OpenAI to generate responses. https://openai.com/privacy

The Bureau
